Get fit to play Squash
Remember that squash is an extremely active sport and can put a lot of stress on your body and joints. Although squash will help you get fit and stay fit, it is worth understanding your current level of fitness and how you feel your body would cope playing squash. We have a variety of levels and abilities at the club, so we will be able to support you whatever your level. So, get fit to play squash!
